Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — delivery of lpg cylinder ex-distributor godown.

Customer no.25947, complaint regn no 3333658... The distributor had abruptly stopped home delivery due to his own problem. It happened, when there was no such problem through out india. I had to incur additional monetary expenditure for visiting the distributor nearly 4 times (His telephone connection was cut off by himself) and for transporting the cylinder. The reply given against my complaint is not convincing. I want the distributor to reimburse the additional expenditure incurred by me. If my claim is not acceded, i will be led to file complaint before consumer court. Alternatively, please let me know whether ioc has ombudsman procedure or not.
