Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Demand of extra money for delivery of lpg refill

My consumer no. 17702.
Lpg agency no. [protected] Sreenivasa gas agency, Karaikudi 630001.
I have Registered lpg refill with ref no.[protected] and invoice generated for Rupees 1108 and DAC no.2599. The delivery boy has demanded Rupees 60 extra over bill amount and I refused to pay extra over and above bill amount. The delivery boy has taken back the refill lpg cylinder without delivery.
Please take appropriate action against the lpg agency and arrange for delivery of lpg refill without demanding extra amounts over and above the bill amount.
