Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Demanding Rs. 40 extras for taking gas by own from GAS office

Hi Sir/Mam,

I am Ponnan C(Male) and staying on below address: N.o. 3/2311, Pillaiyar kovil street, Melmalaiyanur post and taluk, Villupuram district New Customer id: [protected]. I am customer from more than 10 years for Indane. I am regularly facing one issue which is collecting extra charges to delivery cylinder to home or when we take it from Indian office as well. I had complaints many times, but problem is not yet solved. Now they are asking Rs.40 extra more than invoice amount to taking from office by our won. They are not delivering it to our address, when we go and collect from their office, but till collecting extra money Rs. 40 per cylinder. when i asked that why you are collecting extra amount, they give some stories which is not relevant, not making any sense. After my complaints, every time when go and take my cylinder, they are yelling at me. last time branch owner was sitting, he asked my name, I had told and that you know my name, i told to you many times my name to you, why are acting like unknow and asking my name again, JPLC Indane gramin vitrak owner told insulted me saying that your name is looks like lady name and laughed out loud. The branch owner and working staffs never respect customers at their branch. They demand everyone to come their office address at melmalaiyanur take Gas cylinder every time and collect extra Rs.40 for all customers. Else they will not give gas and ask customer to come next day or branch owner will ask delivery boy to beat customer or verbally and physically abusive customer because delivery boy was working on the bar, now works on gas delivery. He looks like rowdy, so owner is using him for collecting extra money each and every customer. So kindly loot this issue and take necessary action. They never behaved customer friendly with customer.
