Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — disservice against m/s das gas concern karimganj, assam

I am a consumer of m, /s das gas concern karimganj. I booked gas online on 18/11/2017 vide consumer no - cx15785049 sv no 4406723 and after several request got gas cylinders on 1/2/2018. Futher the amount printed in the receipt was rs.859.50 but charged and took rs.900. Always i get cylinders after two months and pay extra demands to the delivery boys. Please do the needfull.
