[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Distributor ( Sharma Gas Company) not responding to gas leakage complaint and never provide completely filled cylinders

My Gas Connection number is 15689.

Name of Our Distributor -
SHARMA GAS COMPANY.
We sensed some gas leakage from cylinder, complained immediately to our distributor office. But, staff there is quite reluctant to help. They only chant.. 75 Rs u have to pay as visiting fee.
We never get completely filled cylinders but no one listen to such issues.
I don't hire what to do, whom should I contact..

Gas cylinder weight is less than marked as on cylinder weigt marked 30 kg net wg
but its less than this 28.200kg
