Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Extra and exorbitant charges for air filling

The Sai vasudha filling station in Hyderabad are charging Rs10 for filling air in bikes although it is free everywhere at all petrol pumps. They are calling persons themselves even though the air pressure is adequate and then asking to pay for it.
