I have experienced a fraud activity. On Sunday evening, I made an online transaction using phone pay for Fuel. Unluckily, the amount has been deducted for me and is pending for the receiver's account. So, the petrol pump agent has asked me to make the payment to his personal number and I have done it. I asked the agent how can I get this amount if its sent to the petrol pump and he mentioned that I can get it from the manager if I can visit in the morning.
Now, when I asked the manager about this transaction- Well you know how they can be. He is simply denying the transaction saying that I must have visited the petrol pump within a day. First of all, how can we know that we have to get back within a day? I have all the transaction proofs that I made a transaction both for the vendor and the agent.
Just because I haven't reached out to the petrol pump within a day they are not refunding back the amount that I owe.
