Sir, on 19th May 2023 I booked an LPG (Indane Gas) cylinder whose booking order number is[protected] which I paid online, payment of 1135.5 was not successful. Please try again. Ref Num #[protected] AFTER THAT I GOT THAT CYLINDER FROM THE GAS DISTRIBUTION AGENCY "MANGLAM FLAMES" AMROHA BY PAYING CASH RUPEES.
When I complained about the above case to the concerned distributor, he said that the payment made by you online has not come to our account, in this regard, I also complained on the helpline number of Indane Gas, whose service request is No.[protected] and[protected].
In the above case, even after complaining twice by me, the solution has not been found yet.
Please refund my online payment of Rs. 1135.50 to my account.

Today (01.12.2023 time : 8.30am) i filled fuel for Rs 200 and made payment vide google pay and showed the paid message to the attender.
The attender said he didn't receive the amount, I showed the message once again but he offended me saying that it was the fake message and iam cheating. I showed my bank statement also but they demanded me to pay once again. I refused to pay they made me to say for more than 20 mints and treated me as fraud person in front of other customers. After 25 mints i request them once again to check after checking they said late credit and let me to go. I am totally disappointed, humiliated and took decision, not to visit Indian oil petrol bunk any more.

In 12 th clock they not give me 100-200 rupees petrol in my bike they told me if you want petrol so purchase 500 above in night...that is not good please take strikely action against him

I booked my Gas cylinder on dated 16 November 2023 via online call but after 10 days I have received a message on dated 26 November 2023 on my mobile by indane that your booking of gas cylinder automatically cancelled.
Sir I wait 10 days for delivery of gas cylinder but in place of cylinder i received cancelled message.
Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible and delivery of Gas cylinder as soon.

Respected Sir/Madam,
We are local residents of Malda Town. There is a petrol pump of Indian oil belonging to Malda Rathbari area. The name of that pump is M/S Paul brothers pump. This pump is close to most people of Malda town.
We always go to this pump to get petrol. But whenever go to buy petrol, you have to buy super petrol. If they want normal petrol, they tell that there is no normal petrol. Normal petrol has run out. Currently facing this problem day and night all the time. After requesting thousands of times, they are not giving normal petrol even once. So we sincerely request you to provide normal petrol at this pump for common public like us.

I ordered cylinder on 3rd November yet the cylinder not delivered. I called the distributor, it's always busy. No one attended the call. I raised complaint on website but they technical issues. I don't know how long they have the technical issues. And without my knowledge they are closing the complaint as resolved but yet the cylinder not delivered. They invoiced it but not delivering more than 10 day's gone....

Yesterday i had filled Petrol in my Honda Jazz Car Shree Sai Krupa Services · S No 352, Dhanori, Alandi Airport Rd, Wadi Naka Tingre Nagar Pune - 411006 ·
After Filling the Petrol i was on my way to Airport Road Viman Nagar and the Car stopped, So i Immediately Called my Garage Mechanic.
He was there and clearly said that Adulterated Petrol with Water.
I had lost my Rs. 2000/- and the Repairing Charges.
Kindly take the Immediate Action, i need Refund for Petrol Cost and the Repairing Charges

I am a consumer of Indane gas. My Distributor name is Uttarayan Gas services, kolkata. Distributor has forced to take new gas oven for new connection and delivery boy charge extra payment for every cylinder delivery.

I have taken diesel in a cane.. That cane is full of diesel in Rs 8200 another petrol pump but he gave me Rs 8450 diesel in that cane.. Means he gave me Rs 250 extra diesel. I have a complain on coustmour care no beside solve the problem the pump manager and owner are threatening me.

Someone is using my mobile number for subsidised cylinders.
I get messages about booking and delivery of cylinder. I do not book these cylinders. No one asks for OTP and even then the cylinder gets delivered

Gas regulator is not working. It is not broke from anywhere. Know is also fine. But when I'm using it, it's not working...

I would like to raise a complaint against our indane gas distribution agency in the village of kelakam, kannur(dist) kerala . the agency is always treating the customer very badly yesterday they delivered a damaged cylinder to us, the cylinder is leaking, I informed the agency on the spot but thier response is very poor still they did not send the technical team, also they are charging 20 to 25 rupees additional for delivery (without receipt)also the delivery is not doing properly. Delivering the cylinder in road side not in home, so kindly take the necessary action for solve these issue as soon as possible.

My consumer number is CX 17851598, mobile number is [protected], I booked gas on 05.10.2023 and made an online payment of Rs. 911.50. I have not received the gas cylinder till 10.10.2023, whereas I received it on my mobile on 9.10.2023. Received a message that your cylinder has been delivered to you, which is unethical to send the message without delivering the cylinder, please inform the agency so that the gas cylinder is delivered to the consumer immediately.

We have requested the gas station to put Deisel of worth ₹23000 and have paid for the same, the station had even then filled Deisel of ₹24874, when asked the staff are yelling back at us. When asked for bill they have told us automated bill copy and have given us a hand written copy which is mostly the fake one I have attached bellow, please look into this matter and contact me back on manager.[protected]@gmail.com

My self Amit jangra, Yesterday night I have suffered the very bad behaviors' details are below :-

Complaint Description :- Yesterday I am going to Home with my faimly (wide & childern ) from village Dabra to Kanwari village time was around 11pm at once my bike no HR20AH3499 Make Splender Plus, fuel get at once nil near by said petrol pump then I put the request for filling some qty of fuel (petrol) but I Surprised that The employee of said petrol pump get started abuse word, Misbehave and refused for filling fuel in my bike. They were refused to filling fuel after 09:30pm in case owner also told him they are not filled oil in any vehicle.

Note :- I am the regular customer of Indian Oil after this scenario I have not recommended / suggest any person to use Indian Oil Service.

Please take strict action against said Petrol Pump otherwise I have go to consumer court.

The indane south madras gas agency in Mandaveli thiruvengadam street is going high and peak by harassing and responding to customers . Lady named Samundiswari in the gas agency is harassing customers and reposmding like we are there for begging something . This already raised compliant in indane but till now shorted out . So now we are creating the consumer complaint . This is continuing . Shortly I will share all the complaint ticket number. The gas agency number [protected]
