[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Gas Cylinder is not closing fullow

On 19th instant, I registered a complaint to my Distributor -SOUTH END GAS DISTRIBUTOR in the morning that my cylinder was not working properly, more particularly, it was not closing the gas if turned out. Next day they sent their mechanic who after inspection opined that the cylinder was overloaded and it would be corrected after use. But today, I find that the gas is closing even after turning out the cylinder nob. It only closes after the oven nob is closed. This is for your information and necessary action.
