Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — gas cylinder not delivered, but seems sold in black market and showing delivered.

I am holding an lpg gas connection with chahal gas service sector 70 mohali, customer no. 24947. Gas cylinder was booked on 03rd march via iocl site. Till date cylinder is not delivered to our home. On checking the site, it is showing that cylinder goy delivered on 10th march. It seems that lpg cylinders are being sold at black market. This thing had happened before also. Kindly check the status and get the cylinder delivered.

I have not received my cylinder booked on 23rd mar, 2020. I am unable to cook at home.My children suffering.

It is regular issue with them.Pls check previous reviews as well.
