Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Gas Cylinders not supplied on the bill dates

LPG Consumer No.[protected], I ordered a refill cylinder on 30.05.2023 vide order no.2.[protected]. On 30.05.2023, I received a message . Subsequently on 31.05.2023 I received another message with DAC 4257.
But, my LPG distributor generated E.INVOICE ON[protected] at 08.33 A.M but not delivered the LPG cylinder on 01.06.2023. My LPG Distributor, JEEVAN INDANE GAS AGENCY, - [protected], Door no 54, Reddy St, Villivakkam, 600049. This is not the first occasion, on every time he is wantonly/ purposefully delaying the delivery of LPG cylinders for at least one or two days, this may create a suspicion that the cylinders given to hotels on a daily basis for one day tamper the seal put by the IOC. I request you sir, Please stop this fraud committed on the customer's hard earned money. Expecting your early action in this regard. G.SHANMUGAM, ADVOCATE,[protected]
