Hi team,
My name is vikram rao tekumudi ([protected]), i have submitted the required documents for address change and the double cylinder request, till now address change is not done and i went to the dealer every saturday and sunday for the status, finally i requested them to update the status about address change and dbc, they said we cant deliver the dbc cylinder if you want you can come and collect your self on your own, since i dont have any other way i have requested one of my colleague during office hours and taken the cylinder to my house, now the first cylinder is empty i requested for the cylinder as the details are provided below,
The below cylinder was not delivered to me but in indane login website this details were there as i have received a cylinder.

After this incident i have informed to main branch that i didn't receive any cylinder but i got a message as delivered, so they suggested me to book again as they don't know the details about the previous cylinder.

Waiting for the delivery date, today[protected] i went to the dealer regarding the gas cylinder they have given an irresponsible answer that bring your empty cylinder and take the cylinder, please do the need full,
