Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Gas refill not received

As we had gone abroad we could not avail the refill for more than 6 months.
When we returned and booked for refill refill was denied. So i contacted them. As per their advice i sent id proof /address proof etc through email as i could not go in person. During this corona virus pandemic lock down. But they refuse to book refill.
We are senior citizens. And suffering a lot for want of refill.
Please instruct them to deliver refill to our home.
