I booked a gas cylinder yesterday and payment has been made online tyhrough net banking.

Today gas delivery boy had come with filled cylinder and keep it at my kitchen and ask for money. I told him that payment has been made online and show him payment confirmation massage. I also told him that invoice had been generated. But he & aladdin's representative mr. Malay ignore to give us filled cylinder and left my house. Their behavior was very rude and language was ill that harassed us most. I need punishable action against them and also need filled gas cylinder today. I am suffering from lack of gas for cooking since a couple of days.
Please take necessary action immidiately.

But sir, I would like to inform you that I ordered for refill cylinder with reference no. 639366 dated- 14.01.2020. But till today i haven't received my refill cylinder yet
