I am shaweta from udhampur, jammu and kashmir writing this complaint on the behalf of my father who is a senior citizen and not able to go outside.
My consumer number s-3864 and gas agency name is - super gas agency.
I booked my gas cylinder on 15.3.2020 (Online booking) with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date and cash memo-[protected] stands issued and a message has been received that cylinder stands delivered on[protected]. On[protected] the concerned dealer was contacted on phone and was informed that no cylinder has been received so far. He assured that the cylinder will be issued with in 1-2 hours but today dated[protected] the cylinder has not been received so far. Whenever being contacted on phone no response is being received. Being a essential service they are supposed for home delivery. This service of the dealer is very poor and whenever online booking is made it takes 7-10 days in normal days to receive the cylinder after several request personally/telephonic-ally. Necessary instructions may be issued to the dealer in this regard so that consumer may not suffer during these shutdown days. Hoping for an early action and immediate delivery of the cylinder.
