Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — i booked cylinder almost 20 days, still they not yet delivered.

Distributor: kk indane enterprises - cambridge layout, halasuru bangalore.

I booked the cylinder on 16th sept 2017, today its 7th oct and it's been 21 days so far. Still could not able to deliver the cylinder.

And the toll-free number is hopeless could not able to connect to that number. Waiting after long time they are disconnected the call.

Not sure to whom we need to raise the complaint. Such a worst experience service i am getting from the above mentioned distributor and also from theindane customer care
