Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Iam complaint about the delivery boy of indane gas cylinder | |||
My indane gas consumer no. is 38420 with Monmohini Gas Service, Durgapur, Paschim Bhardhaman, West Bengal. Today (03/06/2017) when the delivery boy came to delivered the cylinder he demand extra money as my wife deny to give the extra money and she told him to change the old cylinder then the boy replied that you will get this type of cylinder with this money. That is if we don't pay extra money to him then he delivered that type of old cylinder. Even the delivery boy did not do any pre-deliveed check. Please do the needful.
