Hi, My name is Reshmi Rajan.I'm from Kochi, Kerala. I've never registered to Indane from my number. But on[protected], I got the first messages saying -

I didn't know where to complain about it. But after that, I didn't get any message till now so I thought it was an error text.

Then on[protected] I'm getting these strange messages:

Your order is delivered with invoice no.[protected]. eInvoice & give feedback https://cx.indianoil.in/webcenter/portal/LPG/pages_rf?cId=[protected]

I'm really confused now because how can someone register and avail gas connection without having the registered number with them? Is there no OTP verification or any other cross-checking?
As I know, someone should call from their mobile number to book a cylinder. I haven't made any call or confirmed.
I'm using this mobile number for the past 10years so there's no chance of a number swapping too.

Please look into the matter carefully and do the needful as it is very disturbing and inappropriate. I expect early attention and quick a reply from Indian Oil a prestigious company.
