Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — indane gas cylinder subsidy not being received

I am an indane gas consumer. My consumer id is - [protected]. I have got my new connection on 25/6/2019 from m/s capital gas agency, ganeshguri, guwahati - assam. But iocl has transferred by mistake to m/s hangsa gas agency, hengrabari, guwahati, for which i was not aware neither was the gas agency. Moreover i have submitted all my documents to capital gas agency which included my bank statement and pass book photocopy and have all filled by in the form all details of my bank account where i wanted to receive my subsidy. But i have not received any subsidy till date. On asking them, they say that the agency has made errors in updating it in the system. I request iocl to please look into the matter.
