[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Indane gas delivery | |||
Hi, I have an indane gas connection. Name Varada Consumer number cx3278723 Agency is Karuna gas agency, Vypin, Ernakulam, Kerala. I booked my cylinder on Wednesday 23rd march 2016 booking no 608111. A cash memo was generated on Saturday 26th march 2016 invoice number [protected] of ₹527.5. Today 28th march 2016 I got a message saying "The cash memo [protected] generated against ur refill booking no 608111 stands cancelled reason No money. Delivery may be attempted shortly". No attempt for delivery was done for the day. I contacted karuna agency and the agency says it was by system that the cash memo was generated. And the cylinder will not be delivered. I asked them to give me in written the reason for not delivering in their letter head with their seal on it, they refuse to give it. Indian government is giving me 12 cylinders in subsidiaries rate, but karuna agency is not even delivering 6 cylinders a year. This is the details for last delivery of my cylinder Booked on 13th January 2016 references no 594022. Invoice generated on 21st march 2016 cash memo [protected] Delivered on 29th march 2016. I want IOC guys to know why only less than 6 cylinders are provided an year instead of 12. Where are my other cylinders gone. Why is it taking more than 2 months to get a cylinder delivered. Most importantly why is my last cash memo cancelled. And why is karuna agency not giving me the reason for cancellation in written? Was this information helpful? | |||
