Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Indian Oil Corp. - Dealer Khyber Service Station not using Auto-cut NOZZLE for Petrol distribution

This is complaint regarding not using upgraded auto cut machine nozels by the IOCL Dealer -Khyber Service Station, I buy petrol today dt.9th Aug. but the staff denied in front of his Manager Mr.Lalit that Nozel are not in order to capture auto-cut when desired petrol tank is full, they use to click all the time to free the nozel when petrol is filled. In this case Mr.Pawan a staff have a quarrel with me. and even Manager tried to sort out the matter by showing the readings in machine, but I am not satified by this answer . If IOCL is not using upgraded good quality nozel then there is question of Quality as well as Quantiy. Request the authorities to verify why these are still managed manually by the staff. Or It require an Audit for the said case.
Lastly, Misbehave by the staff is also a great concern.
