Hello Indian oil team- I used to petrol my car in your station. But most of the time they used to tell me that they dont know how to credit the points, i used to write my mobile number in back of the slip. They promises always they will credit in short period of time. But this is not true in all the pertrol station. I used to fill my tank for 2k to 2.5k every week, but they used to credit for 200.rs or 300.rs of bill. Recently I did the same but no credit has happened untill now. For 2100.rs of bill. I have transaction bill copy also if you need. I contacted manager few time they dont answer the call. Kindly update, otherwise this will fall your business in future. I want to get credit for my recent bill. I have attach bill for reference
