On 19 sep 2020 at about 2030hrs, i went for refuelling my car at ioc petrol pump named bimco motors, pathankot. I asked the staff to top up the tank. Before refuelling my car, he has refuelled a motorbike with rs 100/- and thereafter without putting the meter to zero, he started refuelling my car. When i objected he said that he has put the meter to zero, i told him to stop filling but he didnot. Then i have to use my hand to stop the refuelling. The staff their did not agree to my protest that he has not put the reading to zero and by the time i could tell him to stop he has put the fuel in my car and meter was howing 373/-. When i told him to show me the summary he showed me his computer screen with alot of protest. Photo of the screen is attached but it might not be readable very clearly.in the computer screen, it clearly shows taht at time 20:27:55 to 20:29:02, there is only one transaction detail of rupees 373/- therfore he has effectively put petrol of rs 273/-only without putting the meter reading to zero. The staff at the petrol pump has a dubious record and such things were experienced inthe past too with me and my wife, however we dont have any substantial proof of those incidents.
Kindly investigate the matter, and let me know the action taken, because as a citizen of this nation i deserve to know the action taken against such pilfering.
I am attaching the manual receipt of the petrolpump because i was denied a printed copy of the bill which shows date and time.
I have also written the complaint on the feedback book kept at the petrol pump, and onformed at mobile number[protected], which is of ioc officer in charge of pathankot area.
More that ten days have passed i have not received any feedback on my complaint
