Respected sir,
I have lost my indane gas connection paper while shifting house. Consumer no is[protected]. Sv no is-80751. Distributor's code is-177272. I want new gas consumer card and the gas agencies asking for gas registration papers for that.

Sir i request you to issue duplicate gas papers.
