Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Indane LPG consumer with Consumer No. [protected]. I had booked a refill on 23.09.2025 with reference number[protected], and an invoice was generated on 01.10.2025. However, despite receiving an SMS stating that the refill had been delivered, I have not received the cylinder till date.
I lodged a complaint online on 08.10.2025 (Complaint/Service Request No.[protected], but it was closed on 22.10.2025 without resolution. I again submitted another complaint (Service Request No.[protected] on 25.10.2025, which was also closed without delivery. I even reopened the complaint, but the issue remains unresolved.
I have been waiting for the refill for a long time, and this delay has caused great inconvenience. Therefore, I kindly request you to take strict and immediate action against the concerned Indane Gas distributor and ensure that the refill is delivered at the earliest.
