Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — led bulb during offer period not received

Dear sir,
This mail is regarding my recent unpleasant experience with iocl in mysore.
I had been to the iocl vishwas service petrol pump station in mysore to fuel up and the representative there informed me that there is an offer on premium petrol i. E. One led bulb for fuel worth of rs 1000 and there were posters of the same in the petrol pump station.
So after conforming with the staff i fueled up premium petrol worth of 2000 twice. After which the staff informed me to collect the bulbs tomorrow since where it was stored was locked. The next day when i went to the petrol pump station to collect they told me that it is unavailable now. I have attached the invoice for the same in the mail and i request iocl to look into the matter and provide us the led lamps as advertised in their fuel station.
