I am an indane customer with id no. [protected] attached to m/s. Jeevan indane gas agency. Villivakkam. I booked a refill on 27th august with id no.[protected]. On 28th august i received a message that cylinder was delivered under invoice no.[protected]. But actually i have not received it yet. Though oil companies are taking earnest efforts to see that cylinders are delivered to the genuine customers by introducing otp to customer`s rmn, this sort of malpractices could not be weeded out since some sort of lethargy exists with implementing agencies. I request action against the erring delivery boy and the dealer for not insisting the delivery boys to note the otp on the return invoice to streamline the system.
