Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — LPG Gas leakage complaint not getting address by KARCO DISTRIBUTOR

I have filed a complaint about LPG gas cylinder leakage on Indin Oil App on 23rd Feb but there is no mechanic assigned so far and nothing is being done.I tried calling emergency helpline number 1906 but line is busy from days. 1906 helpline is not working at all. Where should people go in case of emergency ?
