LPG REFILL gs is not given whereas massage has come it is delivered. Yesterday one man has come to deliver a cylinder of gas 24.5 kg .I told him it is not full take it back and give me full gas .29.70 kg.He has taken back his cylinder and he did not turn back and I have not given him any DAC number then how it is delivered.
