Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Misbehave by petrol pump employee

Visited sethi auto s/stn manglam palace dda distt. Center near jaipur golden hospital rohini sec:3 delhi-110085. Rules and regulation of indian oil service are very poor. No employ available at air filing station. When i asked for complain book office bearer misbehave and used bulger language. Please took strict action against management and inform me also regarding taken action.
