Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Misbehave of shivaay auto petrol pump employees

I got petrol filled up at your petrol pump m/s shivay auto sales at mohali airport highway near dmart. Zirakpur
Since there was lesser air in the rear tyre of my car i asked the employee (In indian oil uniform) who was doing some repair to the rim of tyre to fill some air in my rear tyre he plainly said no i will not fill the air its not my job i again requested him that my family is sitting in the car and my daughter is feeling pain due to pregnancy he again refused saying its not my job.
Then i went to the manager mr. Ashish but was not able to say something to that employee, reasons batter known to him only.
Kindly look into my complaint and take some steps immediately so that the other esteemed customer of yours doesn't receive the same treatment and a bad name to the principal company.
