Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Misbehaviour of staffs and supervisors , Toilets locked at Subalaya petrol pump NH 16 Rambha, Ganjam

On 21/07/2021, at about 1015hrs my two vehicles with families for disel, There my I went to toilet for use of my family and seen that both the toilet locked. when I requested for toilet to open at office counter. but they misbehaved with arrogant behavious. Then I asked for complaint and feedback register they also refused and threatened. After that I complained to Dilip sahu who is looking after there, he also tolde me not to teach me. Further I Complained to SO of concerned area on phone, also turned the deaf ear. I faced lot of problems with my families with handicapped and old woman.
Sir, I request u kindly take the neccessary measures
