Dear sir, i was booking gas on 12/12/2016 through your online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through card. Due to website error my money got deducted, no gas booking slip generated and even no refund back to my card till now. it was for the amount Rs. 611-. i complaint to costumer complaint through call but they also not able to provide any valuable info. i complaint online and they provided me some number to call but that also not got picked up. please help me to get my money back . i will be thankful to you.
