Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — non acceptance of debit card for rs 100/-to fill petrol in two wheeler

To fill petrol thro debit card for rs.100/- in a iil petrol bunk licence no p/sc/tn/14/[protected] name mrs. K. Devi, refused to fill petrol
When approached the officein the bunk after refusal & inform him that complaint will be made reply given is' you go & complaint anywhere we are not bothered

Self going to hospital urgently & since not having any cash & only debit card is ' available forced to go to another bunk (Indian oil only) & they accepted card

Request you to pls advice accordingly to the petrol bunk
