My consumer number is a 28280. I have booked for a refill supply on 18th september, 2017 with the dealer m/s bwcs ltd alaka, bhubaneswar - distributor code 86020106, but till date (8/10/2017) no refill supply has been delivered to me.
Even they are not responding to my telephonic enquiries. I personally enquired at the counter, but no satisfactory answer they are giving.
