Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Non payment of subsidy on 9th cylinder

Subsidy has not been given on the delivery of 9th cylinder booked on 23.03.2016 vide r.V. No. [protected] against c. No. 13416 with m/s malik gas service, delivered on 26.03.2016.In the year 2015 - 16 details of bookings / delivery of lpg cylinders is [protected] on 29.05.15, 35087 on 18.07.15, 38363 on 03.08.15, 71468 on 05.11.15, 88564 on 22.12.15, 93131 on 04.01.16 99058 on 22.01.16 & 111913 on 25.02.16. On contacting the gas agency i am told that it has not been paid as i have already utlised the maximum prescribed limit of 12 cylinders in the year earlier to this delivery.
Please let me know the exact reason for non payment of subsidy on 9th cylinder booked by me on 23.03.16 and arrange to furnish me the details of 12 cylinders delivered prior to it.
