Dear sir i booked for refill indane gas cylinder on 19/11/2018 with the distibutor ranie enterprises located at chennai madipakkam being the sole distributor for us. Booked thro ivrs system and booking no719547. Consumer no55895 I came to know that cash memo no[protected] was also issued. But not yet deeliverd. The delivry boy gave a wrong information that the house was locked and sold it to commercials at higherprice. Iam now suffering for want of refill cylinder. Pl take action. J.
