Today I visited Bhavani Auto NH48, Pardi dist. Valsad, got 2500 diesel fueled in his car at around 12 o'clock in the night, whose receipt no is G1152, his nozzle staff refused to give the complian book saying that it was kept in the office locker. I can't give I would like to ask the company that if the complaint book is a thing to be kept in the locker, then what is the use of issuing it when the customer cannot register his complaint. The video of his refusal is available with me. I am a very old and permanent customer of your company. I had asked the staff to enter the point of sale amount but he replied that I do not know. I want to ask that why does the company appoint such employees who do not know anything. At least trained staff should be kept so that the customer does not face any problem. Thank you
