Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Not adding extra reward point

I have taken Extra Reward card, whenever I fill the petrol at IOCL retail pump i, e M/s Devraj Garg & sons Sector-19, Rourkela-769005 Dist-Sundargarh Odisha try to swipe the card for point adding they always say that the card machine is not working. This reply they have given to me from last six month.please verify the matter and inform me accordingly. Thank you
