Redg. No-09196, done a booking on 28.05.2017 vide no-433579 than received a massage for generating cash memo vide no-[protected] on 09.06.2017 after that received another massage on 13.06.2017 informed that cash memo no - [protected] stands cancelled. Fact was informed to the dealer as per dealer help another cash memo vide no - [protected] genarated and received the cylinder on 13.06.2017 but till date i have not received my subsidy amount to my bank a/c. Gas cylinder received, DTD 26.08.16, 03.11.2016, 16.012017, 27.03.2017&21.05.2017( Five Cyclinders ).The above Five cylinder Subsidy kindly claimed credit SBI Chrompet, No198, GST ROAD( ACNO-[protected]) IFSC SBIN0016544 BRANCH CODE16544.
