[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Not delivering the refill cylinder | |||||
I Vikas Sharma Advocate booked gas refill cylinder on 30.05.2016 for my consumer No.332941 through automated mobile booking and it was registered with Ref. No.661545. On 31.05.2015 i recieved a SMS that cash memo generated vide cash memo No.[protected] and stated that cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Surprisingly today morning I again received a SMS stating that "Cash memo No.[protected] generated against ur refill booking No.661546 stands cancelled. Reason : Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly." This may be a regular practice of M/s. Sterling Gas service for not delivering the gas cylinder and cylinders delivery to be adjusted else where as myself along with my family members were available at at my house full day and we have not even went outside even for 15 minutes and Sterling Gas Service stating the reason for non delivering the refill booking as door closed. Either the delivery boy of Sterling Gas Service adjusted the cylinder to someone else or the delivery boy acted on the instructions of his employer and doing this unlawful practice. Previously also there was unlawful behaviour of delivery boy of this gas service agency and I made a complaint against the same stating that delivery boy demanding extra amount of for delivering the refill booking from the ladies at the time of delivering. The authority shall take steps against the distributor Sterling Gas Service if the distributor is involved in this issue and if not the the Distributor Sterling Gas Service may take steps against the delivery boy for stating fake reason for not delivering the refill booking for which my booking stands cancel for fake reason.
