Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — not providing swiping machine for using debit card for payment on victory filling station solan near head post office solan in himachal pradesh

I used to fill petrol in my car & scooter from Victory filling station at Solan in Himachal Pradesh. Whenever I request to make payment by ATM / Debit Card, they oftenly refused to use card saying that machine is out of order. This happened many time whereas Govt. is giving stresss to make on line payment or e card payment. It is therefore requested to look into the matter seriously and direct the owner of filling station to not repeat such activity knowingly.
