Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Not received the cylinder buy online shows delivered

I Have booked cylinder but not received it. and online it shows that it is delivered.
in my account it shows that i have booked my cylinder within 8 days of delivery.
The agency is missusing my account and not delivering the cylinder.
My details are:
Agency name: 154509/TARANG GAS SERVICE Consumer no:31945 Booking No.: [protected] and [protected] and [protected]. out of above 3 booking i got only [protected] booking delivered in my home.
