[Resolved]  Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Online payment for refill gas cylinder cancelled

I booked the refill gas cylinder for my indane consumer no.- 93654 and did the online payment for order no.[protected].
But the invoice has been cancelled with below message:
"dear indane customer, your invoice[protected] has been cancelled due to rate change.".
I want to avoid any cash on delivery in this pandemic situation. Hence, requesting for intervention to clear my order and facilitate hassle free delivery of refill cylinder.
