Dear IOCL,
I SK Shabbir have applied for new lpg connection and successfully made payment online on 23rd January 2017 with hoping to get a connection within a week but, its been 15 day now. When i have contact the distributor (NEDUS Distributor) he said the money has yet to be credit to his account. when i called the customer care they said it will take 7 working days, though it written on website usually it takes 3 working days, anyways when excursive tried to lodged a complaint he said server is down and it not working, this what i have been hearing since last week. Even though i tried to call local IOCL office in Kolkata[protected] but, strange no one is picking up the phone.

Neither the complaint website, customer care executive nor the IOCL people are helping. I am stuck without any help
Please take an appropriate steps to solve the problem. Is this how we called Digital India.
