Hello,
I tried to do booking via ivr through registered mobile no i received message and payment link i have paid amount but after 3 days booking was cancelled and i called agency they are giving irresponsible answer there is no booking record in their system, my phone number is tagged to someone who is 60kms away from my place now i dont know my money status and i called distibutor they are responding in abusive language, its really frusrtating.
Note : as per last bill my mobile no is mentioned in my bill

I need my money back and action against the agency who is using abusive language to customer
