My customer id is [protected]. I have booked cylinder for refill on 23 jan 2020 and booking number is [protected] i have made payment online for that cylinder and as per ioc portal, they got payment but as per rathwa gas dealer, they didnt get payment in their account and i need to pay again that amount at the time of cylinder delivery i have complianed in rathwa gas agency and ioc as well but there is no response i haven't gotten back my amount yet it is almost 15 days but there is no action. I tried to connect with ioc customer care, but no one is responding. It is almost 15 days but no resolution.
