Sir,
Most respectfully i beg to state that i am a senior citizen of 70 plus old and not having a good heath condition. It has been a regular feature that gas cylinder is delivered in inordinate delays that too on persuasion with distributors office which is more than a km away from my home. It has of-late has become regular feature. I booked gas cylinder booking no.237539 dated[protected]. Immediately i received an sms message stating that the expected delivery withing 11-12 days. But more that days have since elapsed but no delivery has yet been made. Please look into the matter and do what is neceesary.
