Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — refill cylinders booked on 16th & 28th of september not provided, even till today, 6th of october, why.

Sir, i am a consumer of indian oil corporation, always getting gas refill cylinder late from my distributor, but this time what i say, i booked two cylinders in the name of shyam babu shaw & uma shankar shaw with a contact no. [protected] on16th & 28th of september, but i did not get any refill till today, 6th of october 2019. It seems my distributor, m/s. Titagarh somali jyoti indane is doing blunder by not providing the same on time. You are requested to take necessary step soon in this regard. Contact no. [protected]
