Booked refill cylinder (Refill ref no #[protected] on 11th january for my home. Till 22 nd january invoice not generated. After i complaint invoice generated 23 rd january. I expect refill will come 23 rd or 24 th january. But refill cylinder not came till today. After invoice generated i paid rs. 734 via online using my debit card. The payment was successful. Today i check with my ioc app it is showing cylinder refill is completed on 25 th january 2020 i really shocked how without receiving my refill cylinder they are updated refill completed. I am calling the delivery person number which is given that app he is not attended the phone even single time his name is mentioned chandrasekar regularly he only deliver the refill for my home. But this time only happening like this. Regularly i pay cash mode only. For the first time i paid using online mode i am facing this problem. But i really don't know how without deliver the refill cylinder they can mention refill was delivered. Who will update this either delivery person or the some one in medavakkam office person. Who did wrong i am very much suffering from this. From 11 th january 2020 to 26th january 2020 more than 15 days i am not getting refill cylinder. Please take immediate action regarding my complaint. No one be affected like me in future. Agency should take care regarding this type of problems actually where and who actually doing this fraud type of actions. Was this information helpful? | |
